We use the hosting and email services of Webempresa Europa S.L.. When you send us an email or share with us personal data throught the web forms of this website, that data will be shared with Webempresa, who will process your data on behalf of and following José’s instructions.

This does not include courses acquired in Udemy or any other similar learning platforms. Should one of our courses be acquried in a third-party learning service, your relationship will be fully with that third-party entity.

This does not include courses acquired in Udemy or any other similar learning platforms. Should one of our courses be acquried in a third-party learning service, you will not have an account with us; your relationship will be fully with that third-party entity.

We collect and use your name and email address when you send us a message through the contact or the subscriber forms of the website. Name and email address will be collected.
For reviews or testimonials, we might collect information from public sources, i.e. Udemy reviews posted to our courses. In this case, only the name is collected.

We have a legitimate interest in attending and answering any queries you make, to provide you support, to post any reviews or testimonials from products acquried by our customers and to collect feedback from customer purchases.

Retention period
Unless unlawful acts have occurred that justify a longer retention period, your data will be kept for the following periods:
- comments, reviews or testimonials: until you urge their deletion.
- messages sent using a form on the website or the email jose.martinez@greaterwaves.com: will be deleted 6 months after the request was resolved.
- messages sent on the context of a contractual relationship will be kept for the retention periods established by law.

This processing describes the use of your personal data if you subscribe to Greaterwaves newsletter by any of the web forms or you have acquired any of the products or services of José.

To inform you on subjects that are of interest to you and are related with our products and services, for instance: new releases, promotions, or trading in general.

We collect your data when you subscribe to our newsletter sending us the subcriber form or marking the check-in box on the contact form.
We will also collect you data and use it for marketing when you acquire one of our products.
